Pride! We are ‘On the way to PlanetProof’ certified
On the way to PlanetProof means that we grow in a sustainable way. We therefore deliberately work on a production process that is better for nature, the environment, climate and animals. For example, we limit the use of fertilizer and crop protection products and improve our water quality. We do this, for example, with the Opticlear Diamond installation, which purifies 99% of pesticides from the water.
In addition to limiting pollution, we use energy as efficiently as possible. In this way we use residual heat and an inexhaustible energy source: the sun. Solar panels have been installed on the roofs of the branches in both ‘s-Gravenzande and Made.
With sustainable improvements we want to make the world a little greener. Our seed has been planted, but of course a seed needs attention to grow. So we will not wait and see and continue to do environmentally conscious business. Moreover, PlanetProof’s requirements are tightened every year and we want to continue to meet them. By accurately measuring, registering and monitoring business processes, we keep ourselves alert, production efficient and the planet green.
