Then you will feel at home within our team in no time. From crop protection to identifying malfunctions: you tackle it or you want to learn everything about it. We are looking for a (starting) Specialist Cultivation Employee for our cultivation locations in Made, Brabant.

In this position you will work a lot with the Operational Manager and learn all the tricks of the trade from him. Thanks to the diversity in the workplace and excellent guidance, you will develop yourself like a rocket, even if you currently have no experience in a comparable position. Over time, you will be able to independently carry out and coordinate the cultivation process.

What do you do as a Specialist Cultivation Employee?

  • Creating an optimal cultivation process;
  • Perform scouting and crop protection;
  • Take care of the crop, check it and register the quality;
  • Carrying out repairs to installations;
  • Signaling malfunctions;
  • Monitor potting.

As a specialist cultivation employee within WPK…

  • do you have an MBO working and thinking level – in the agricultural field;

  • are you prepared to obtain a spraying license or do you even already have one;

  • you are involved, you like to work independently and you have a high sense of responsibility.
